Title-Maker

Title-maker is a system for making '.exe' files from GIF files which will run on most common monitor types. (CGA,EGA,Mono EGA, Hercules & VGA). You supply title-maker with four GIF files and title-maker gives you an EXE file called 'title.exe' which you are free to rename. Uses for this program might include stringing a number of EXE files together and making a presentation or (as I use it) for providing a showy front page to programs.
