ManyThings v3.1

The original program was fun for me in that it was possible to do a windows 3.1 screen saver entirely in visual basic and windows calls without additional DLLs required. This latest version of the program now uses a DLL written in Borland C++ 3.1 to load DIB and GIF files into memory, do palette manipulations and write DIB format files to disk.
